• The number of single-family home foreclosure transactions increased to 16 last week, from 11 the week of Dec 9
• The number of single-family home short-sale transactions increased to 8 from 3 the week prior
• Single-family inventory decreased by 207, and now sits at 7,170

Condos, townhomes, and villas

• Sales of condos, townhomes, and villas decreased to 45 during the week of Dec 16, from 122 the week prior
• The median price of condos, townhomes, and villas increased to $169,950, a change of 1.8%
• The number of condo, townhome, and villa foreclosure transactions increased to 3 last week, from 0 the week of Dec 9
• The number of condo, townhome and villa short-sale transactions increased to 1 from 0 the week prior
• Condo inventory decreased by 57, and now sits at 1,881
