I was a first time home buyer and a novice to the whole process. Jayesh met with me for the first at a mutually convenient location and time and spent considerable amount of time to explain the whole procedure to me. He gave me a nice folder with useful info about the home buying process and the steps involved, important links I could refer to, glossary of items for better understanding, purchase checklist and a closing timeline for better planning. He also provided me with Home Warranty details, movers contacts and provided advice. He was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. He has a great network and contacts for referrals. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home as he is a star agent and goes the extra mile to give in his best.

Bought a Townhouse home in 2017 in Oviedo, FL..
My family and I moved from NJ to FL two years ago and we needed to find a place to rent. I contacted many realtors and most were very slow and inconsistent in their responses. Many were not interested in helping because we were renting and not buying. I got in touch with Jayesh and he was extremely helpful. He took us to look at several properties and helped us finalize a rental. We have been here for two years and were finally ready to settle down in FL. A few months ago I got in touch with Jayesh again to help with finding a home.
Jayesh is extremely knowledge, patient, and always looks out for what is best for you. He came to our home and did a free in depth consultation. He answered all of our questions and helped us prepare as much as possible for this very scary yet exciting step of buying our first home. When we visited homes Jayesh was able to point things out that my wife and I would have never noticed or thought of. He made himself available to us according to our schedule. He always made himself available and answers all his calls immediately. After visiting many homes we decided to purchase a new construction home. Most realtors would just hand you off to the builder and step out of the process. However, Jayesh stayed at our side throughout the entire process and even came to the design center with us. It was kind of like having a coach at our side throughout the process.
If you are looking for an honest realtor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and experienced then I do recommend Jayesh.
